These are various Terms & Conditions of Data Recovery: They are

Authorization:

During authorization client authorizes and conduct an evaluation of media to determine the nature of the damage and provide an estimate of recovery cost and timing. The evaluation is free and no work beyond this evaluation will be charged without explicit client approval. The client authorizes Iomega, its employees, independent contractors, and agents, to receive and transport this media/equipment/data to, from and between their facilities. The client represents, warrants, and affirms that it is the owner of the authorized representative of the owner of the property and all of the information and data stored on said property. The Client agrees to indemnify for any claims against related to this data recovery effort, in the event that your representation that you own the data and other information is incorrect. In addition, if you are seeking password deactivation agree to return with this agreement an original manually signed and notarized copy of the Agreement and Affidavit of Ownership for Request for Password Deactivation.

Failure to claim property:

In this condition property left unclaimed for 90 days, will be disposed. At which time no liability to the client.

Limited Liability:

The organization shall not be liable as a result of this agreement or the performance of any data recovery services or evaluation of the possibility of providing data recovery services, for any claims regarding the physical functioning of equipment or media or the condition or existence of data on storage media supplied before, during or after service.

Confidentiality:

The organization agrees to disclose all data files supplied with, stored on, or recovered from client equipment except to employees, independent contractors, lawyers, or agents of Iomega subject to confidentiality agreements or as required by law. Payment: Payment is made upon completion of successful recovery, unless by special previous arrangement. The client is financially responsible for all shipping costs, custom duties and taxes to and from Iomega. Company checks and bank transfers are welcome.

Warranty:

The organization makes no warranty, express or implied, and Iomega disclaims any warranty of any kind, for the services being provided or discussed hereunder.

Agreement:

The parties should submit all disputes relating to this agreement performance hereunder, or any nature whatsoever, to arbitration, including but not limited to tort, contract, statutory, or equitable in accordance with the Rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that any claim in connection with Iomega seeking equitable relief in connection with Iomega's intellectual property rights may be brought in a court rather than in arbitration. Recovers files from local drives and floppy drives. Flexibility of searching deleted files in any physical partitions or physical drives concludes fast searches and displaying possibility of good recovery conditions gives you far more powerful recovery options than any other un deleting tool. An everyday use tool so you never worry about your important files and folders ever. This is some of the important terms and conditions which the client has to sign before recovering the data from the hard disk.
